                             RESOLUTION NO.   21055 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF
                   ONE (1) FIRE HYDRANT FOR PUBLIC FIRE
                   PROTECTION AT A LOCATION MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF
                   THE TARIFF THEREFOR.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       acceptance of one (1) fire hydrant for public fire protection
       located across from Number 35 Whitney Street, approximately 578
       feet west of the intersection of Northrop Street and Whitney
       Street; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of the tariff to
       the Tennessee-American Water Company be and is hereby authorized.
